Momo called me today from work, unfortunately I missed two of his calls. Blah! Thanks MetroPCS! My phone was in my pocket on vibrate, and of course gets no bars in parking garages and in elevators and in certain areas of my office and certain courtrooms and…. Well, you get the picture. It didn’t even ring. I tried to call his cell phone, but it’s still “temporarily” out of service. At least I know he’s alive and he went to work. But I still haven’t talked to him and still don’t know what happened to him. This might sound super girly and needy and slightly crazy, but I really like him and miss him and hope there’s some reasonable explanation for everything.

Isn’t this the guy that’s engaged already? Ermm…I don’t think you should be crushing on him if so(it is like a crush right?) but no wonder why Manchester had been jealous before, eep.

I guess I should clarify. Momo and I have known each other for over a year, but we really weren’t friends, just acquaintances. We never hung out alone and had never really talked. Around that time I was introduced to a woman that he called his “prometida”, meaning fiancée. I assumed he was still with her about a year later when he and I became friends. After the time I wrote the post about him having a fiancée I learned that they were no longer together. Apparently they broke up several months before he and I became friends. He told me that he wanted to be invited to my wedding to Manchester, so I had to tell him that Manchester and I probably wouldn’t get married, but that I wanted Momo to invite me to his wedding to his fiancée. That’s when he told me they had broken up months ago. So it was my incorrect assumption that he was still engaged when I wrote that post. I would never get involved with someone with a fiancée. It’s too Jerry Springer-ish.
